ON SATURDAY, The FFV Trojan Boys will hope to farewell one of the clubs favourite sons in style as we welcome Melton Phoenix FC to the Docklands.
The day will be the final opportunity for past and present players and supporters to farewell Shane ‘Tyson’ Lindsay; who will return home to Ireland the very next day.
Tyson has been a great servant of the club since 2012; as a terrier like player, a title winning reserves manager (pictured) and selfless volunteer. Come down and farewell one of the cult heroes of our club from 3pm; with a special presentation happening in the legends bar after the game.
ON SUNDAY, the Trojan Girls kick off proceedings with a big match against Satellite City Spartans, while the Vicsoccer mens squads welcome Ringwood City’s Vicsoccer squad to Ron Barassi Sr Park for the first time.
